A graduate from l’École National d’Horologerie in Trois-Rivières, Québec, Jonathan Ng is a young and enthusiastic horologist in an age old profession. With experience in the watch and jewellery repair industry, he is not only familiar with current standards for repairing, but excellent at customer service. Holding that quality is most important for the trade, Jonathan prides himself on meticulous detail in his trade and patiently works until satisfied all is complete.

As the eminent watch manufacturer Patek Philippe says: “You never actually own a [watch], you merely look after it for the next generation”. Many people choose to pass on their timepieces as part of their legacy. The better service a clock or a watch receives, the more likely it will last longer, giving it the great potential to become an heirloom passed on from generation to generation. This is the thought that Jonathan keeps when he does his repairs, and hopes that with every well serviced repair, a future heirloom is created.
